Otis Spencer

Otis Spencer has been appointed a managing director within the Peakside Group and president of Peakside Polonia Management. Working alongside Otis will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and further expanding Peakside’s Polish platform as well as supporting the management of Polonia Property Fund I and Polonia Property Fund II. Otis has extensive experience across nine CEE countries within the office, retail, residential and logistics sectors and joins Peakside from KSP Real Estate where he held the position of co-head/managing director. Previously he also held the position of co-head/managing director and investment committee member at Heitman International, where he worked for seven years. He has also held senior roles with ABP Investments (now APG), ING Real Estate and RREEF. Otis holds a BSc in business administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA in finance and real estate, from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master of Real Estate from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. He is also a Member of the RICS.
