Daniel Puchalski

Daniel Puchalski has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as director in the land advisory department. The new department will include Mateusz Dembiński and Marta Sikora-Drozda, who are currently working in other departments within Jones Lang LaSalle as well as Joanna Kowalska, who will join the team and be responsible for analysis preparation, market research and coordinating the department’s operations. Jones Lang LaSalle estimates the potential of the land market and advisory in this field will be PLN 3.5 bln in the next three to four years. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Daniel Puchalski worked for more than six years at Colliers International, where he managed the investment land department. He had also worked with Guardsystems Polska, Comverse, Netia and Era. Daniel holds a degree in economics from the University of Gdańsk, and in economics and management and media management from Wyższa Szkoła Administracji i Biznesu in Gdynia, as well as HR Management from Wyższa Szkoła Psychologii Społecznej in Warsaw. His main areas of expertise include strategic investment consulting, creating long-term sales strategies and the negotiations processes.
