Iwona Makarewicz

Iwona Makarewicz joined the management board of the company on September 25th. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, and also completed postgraduate studies in property appraisal and management at Sheffield Hallam University, as well as postgraduate studies in property appraisal at the Warsaw University of Technology. She is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a licensed real estate agent. Iwona has been employed by Celtic Property Developments since 2005 and has been a property portfolio director/manager. In addition, since 2012 she has been a member of the advisory committee for Fondo Spazio Industriale AC. In the period October 2007–March 2012, she was an employee representative on Celtic Property Developments’ supervisory commission. Prior to this, from February 2005 to October 2005 she was a real estate consultant at Savills and also spent a few years working for IOG Central Europe.
