Pavel Kundrát

Pavel Kundrát has joined the project and development services team as a project manager. He is responsible for the project management, coordination and monitoring of commercial fit-outs and building reconstructions. His duties include advising on cost and time frameworks, design management, tendering and procurement processes, construction monitoring, change management and quality supervision for both clients and/or landlords. Pavel started his professional career as a technical representative of Swiss construction company Technifloor, where he was eventually promoted to construction director. He has also worked as an in-house civil engineer at Komerční banka where he led the construction department. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague with a master`s degree in civil engineering in 1999. His hobbies include sport, reading and travel.
