Maciej Wąsek, until now responsible for ISS' business in this region, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer Northern Europe. He will also remain responsible for the business in Poland and the Baltics until August 2023, when Karolina Whilde is taking over.
Maciej Wąsek has been with ISS since 2007. Over the course of several years, he has held the positions of CFO and COO, and as of 2019 – Country Manager Poland & Baltics. He led the implementation of new services in the areas of Workplace Management, Capital Projects, as well as the development of ISS' offerings in technology solutions and innovation. In just a few years in the role of Country Manager, he transformed the organization and expanded ISS' portfolio of clients in prioritised segments (office and industry), resulting in the company's serviced space exceeding 3 million sqm.
