Martin Šimek

Martin Šimek has been appointed partner. He heads the retail property management team and is responsible for key clients’ projects in Central Europe. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010. Prior joining C&W, Martin worked as a director and executive of Multi Mall Management Czech Republic (2004-2010). Among others, he also worked for the Prague Castle in managerial positions in the Tangible and intangible asset management division and as part of the services provided to the Office of the President of the Czech Republic. He graduated from the Charles University in physical education and from 1990 to 1993 he worked as a teacher at the PORG high school in Prague. Martin is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In his spare time, he is a sportsman plays basketball and listens to rock music.
