Mariusz Gawarecki

Mariusz Gawarecki has been appointed as a property negotiator in the office agency team. He is to be responsible for lease negotiations on behalf of the landlords, monitoring the Warsaw office market, as well as securing new clients. Prior to CBRE, Mariusz Gawarecki worked at Glob Nieruchomości as a real estate agent and before that he worked at Ober-Haus, where he was responsible for leasing both office and retail space. Mariusz Gawarecki graduated from the Witelon State University of Applied Sciences in Legnica in management as well as from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, in Psychology and Marketing. Mariusz speaks fluent English and German. His hobbies include psychology, sport and cooking.
