Lawyers move to Al. Ujazdowskie Polish law firm Wardynski & Wspólnicy will become the anchor tenant, with 65 per cent of the space, of a new office building at Al. Ujazdowskie 10, Warsaw. The project, which is being developed by Green Park Properties, is scheduled for completion in March 2003 and the lawyers are to move in in mid-March. Aleje Ujazdowskie 10, which totals 4,000 sqm of office space, has been converted from a residential building and was designed by Fiszer Atelier. Olympic office building in Warsaw The construction of Centrum Olimpijskie in Warsaw, has been announced by its investors, the Polish Olympic Committee, (Polski Komitet Olimpijski), and its developer, Echo Investment. Kulczyński Architects designed the 6,500 sqm office building, which will be complete in the first half of 2004, at a total cost estimated as PLN 35 mln.
