Land has been sold Hochtief Project Development has finally become the owner of the land next to the ONZ roundabout in Warsaw city centre, where it plans to develop a 100,000 sqm office building. The company has acquired an extra 5,800 sqm plot from PZU, the Polish insurance company. The transaction now has to be approved by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration. Office building for Beiersdorf-Lechia The cosmetics company Beiersdorf-Lechia is to build its own three-storey building of over 3,500 sqm and the investment will be launched in spring 2003. It was designed by Spanish architects Aguilera Ingenieros and construction will cost PLN 24 million. According to "Puls Biznesu", the office building will be constructed near the company's modern factory in Poznan, which was itself completed at the end of 2001.
