The developer has now finalised the land purchase for the investment and is set to begin the construction phase, with the first building to have an area of app. 20,000 sqm. The complex, which is situated next to the A8 Wrocław bypass and the A4 motorway, will eventually comprise two warehouse buildings offering a total of 83,000 sqm. According to the company: “The new industrial space at Panattoni Park Wrocław III is our response to the dynamic economic growth of the Lower Silesia region and the expansion of the local road infrastructure, especially bearing in mind the completion of the A8 Wrocław motorway bypass.” Robert Dobrzycki, the managing partner for Europe of Panattoni Europe, also commented: “Wrocław happens to be one of the most active markets at the moment.
