The property management market is becoming more competitive and more demanding. How have you managed to stand out so successfully from the rest of the field?
The most important thing is listening to the tenants and responding to their needs. This helps us to create the atmosphere of a friendly place that is open to ideas and suggestions. That’s why we have been keen to foster an atmosphere of openness in the WFC building we manage, sharing with the tenants the action plans we implement. We strive to make the building not only a friendly workplace but also to make it stand out from the others. We care for the tenants by providing a range of attractive amenities for them, including a unique terrace on the 32nd floor (Roofa32). So our recipe for success consists of three key factors: addressing tenants’ needs, information sharing and keeping our word.
The management of such a large building with so many tenants is certainly a challenge and requires team work. Is there any
