Honour and obligation

How does it feel to be the best shopping centre manager in Poland? I am extremely surprised by this award. I would very much like to thank the tenants personally as well as on behalf of Arkadia’s entire team. To be presented with this award is an honour but also represents an important obligation. What do you believe has been the key to your success? Each success depends on the work you do every day, which will at some point be appreciated by others. As a director I try to be available to tenants and to be open to each of their suggestions. I always try to address their issues as quickly as possible. What aspects do you consider to be the most important in your work? First of all, direct contact with some very interesting and inspiring people.
