Prologis works on three parks

The new building will include a three-floor office of 2,100 sqm with conference facilities and a cafeteria. The high-rack storage area will have a ceiling height of 12.4 m and the building is to include a temperature-controlled area (14–18°C), smart metering, and a system of automated forklifts and system racks. The development will meet the standards set by the US-based National Fire Protection Association and is to be BREEAM certified with an expected rating of ‘Very Good’.
