Ten years is a long time in real estate. It’s enough time for new companies, hungry for success to displace previously established firms on the market. It’s long enough for new investors to appear and overthrow the previous order. Towers are built at ever greater expense as our skyline creeps towards the heavens, while warehouses are being constructed of previously unimagined sizes. Who has contributed most to these changes? This year at the tenth Eurobuild Awards Gala the Awards of the Decade are to be handed over to those companies that have contributed most to the changes that have taken place over the past ten years. The task of recognising the winners was entrusted to a jury that gathered at the Hotel Warszawa on one November morning. It comprised the heads of twenty-one of the most important companies in Polish real estate and some had come to Poland from abroad just to cast their votes.
