Counting the costs of leasing

The business breakfast, which was organised together by Eurobuild Conferences and Prologis, took place on October 23rd in the Dock19 by Mateusz Gessler restaurant in the Elektrownia Powiśle centre in Warsaw. The origin idea was to hold the event for a small group of clients and specialists, but registrations grew in size to such an extent that the venue had to change to accommodate all the eventual 60 participants. After a welcoming cup of coffee, some food and the first round of networking, the guests entered the conference room to be greeted by Anna Korólczyk-Lewandowska, the managing editor of Eurobuild CEE and the host of the event. The first thing to do was ensure that those attending were aware of the term TCO (total cost of ownership of warehousing), but once that was made clear to everyone, the members of the first panel were invited to the stage to discuss leasing budgets.
