Could you tell us something about Royal City? When were you established and what services do you provide?
Patryk Pratt, CEO and founder, Royal City: Royal City is a real estate agency founded in 2017 with the idea of bringing a modern approach to brokerage. We specialise in the sale and rental of premium properties — including apartments, houses and commercial space. We offer comprehensive service, from the first contact with the client through the entire transaction process. Our goal is not only to match the right offer to each client, but also to build relationships based on trust.
How big is your team now and what kind of specialists do you have?
Our team currently consists of a dozen professionals — experienced real estate agents, market analysts, marketing specialists and investment advisors. We also collaborate with photographers, interior designers, lawyers and notaries, which allows us to provide full support at every stage of the transaction.
