EUROPE Thirteen real estate developments, including four European projects, have been selected as winners in the 2014 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Global Awards for Excellence competition.
The ULI competition recognizes real estate projects that achieve a high standard of excellence in design, construction, economics, planning, and management. European winners included Hungary’s Corvin Promenade, Portugal’s Mercado do Bom Sucesso, the UK’s Sixty London and Norway’s Tjuvholmen. Developed in Budapest by Futureal Group, Corvin Promenade is a 22-ha regeneration project that “creates a civic center for the city’s 8th district.” It was designed
