The Treimorfa tower, which according to the investors’ plans will have 27 storeys and will be 102.5m in height – 10m taller than the abandoned ‘Szkieletor’ project it is replacing. The new project will comprise office, residential and hotel space.
Biuro Architektoniczne DDJM is responsible for the latest architectural design. The Treimorfa project involves rebuilding the unfinished Szkieletor building of the Polish Engineering Association, which has towered above the Mogilskie roundabout since 1979. The beginning of the construction work is scheduled for the spring.
