POLAND Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed manager of 18 commercial properties in Poland owned by Deka Immobilien. The properties comprise 473,363 sqm.
The property portfolio includes twelve office buildings (197,508 sq m) in Gdańsk (Waterside), Warsaw (Atrium Garden, Atrium One, Dom Alfa, Dom Beta, Grzybowska Park, Helion, IBC, Luminar Office Building, Mokotowska Square and North Gate), Wrocław (Bema Plaza), three warehouses (187,792 sq m) in Bieruń (MLP Bieruń), Teresin (Tesco Distribution Center) and Tychy (MLP Tychy), two hotels (62,093 sq m) in Warsaw (Intercontinental Hotel) and Krakow (Andel's Hotel), and an office and hotel scheme (
