WXCA to design Wielkopolska Uprising Museum

POLAND Warsaw studio WXCA has come first in the competition to design the concept of the new Museum of the Wielkopolska Uprising, dedicated to the events surrounding the Greater Poland Uprising of 1918/19.
According to the jury of the competition, which was organised by the Wielkopolska Museum of Independence, the winning design successfully combines the creation of a new public space relating the history of the uprising with the Wielkopolska province’s 19th century ‘Organic Work’ movement to educate the Polish masses. The first stage of Panattoni Park Będzin is now fully leased. The 27,600 sqm building is fully occupied, with the largest deal signed by a leading e-commerce operator, which will take more than 24,000 sqm. The tenant is scheduled to start operations at the park in December 2026.

Czech Republic Mint rezidenční fond buys 306 apartments in Prague

Mint rezidenční fond, which operates in the private rented sector (PRS), has bought 306 new apartments from developer Metrostav Development at the Vysočanský mlýn complex in Prague. The building has 11,500 sqm of floor space. The deal takes Mint’s total number of apartments in the complex to 547, more than half the total number of apartments in the complex.

Praga to tower up over Warsaw

High-rise developments may be developed near the National Stadium metro station. The city's spatial policy clearly aims to break down the division between the left and right banks of the Vistula. The opening of the popular pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the Vistula, the ongoing reconstruction of Okrzei Street, and the development of transportation infrastructure – including the planned modernisation of the Eastern Railway Station and the Warsaw-Stadion station – are functionally integrating Praga into the New Center of Warsaw.
