BELARUS Kraków-based Horizone Studio is preparing the design of the headquarter building of Polish-Belarusian IT company Epol Soft in Brest.
The office building will be located on the Moskovskaya thoroughfare, near the Brest State Technical University. The IT company will occupy part of the space, with the remainder to be leased out. The app. 7,000 sqm building will have two sections: a taller part comprising offices and a one-storey level containing a restaurant, conference and retail/services.
