Erbud to build Bydgoszcz estate

Architecture and urban planning
POLAND Erbud has been awarded a PLN 37.2 mln net contract with Kalisz-based Colian Developer for the construction of a residential project at ul. Garbary 5 in Bydgoszcz.

A multi-apartment building is planned with services on the ground floor and an underground car park.

Erbud has been tasked with obtained the building permit and should start the construction work within a maximum of three months from the signing of the contract. It will then have two years to complete the project.
