Penta Real Estate is to work together with developer PSN on the project that is to replace the former Transgas building in Prague’s Vinohrady district.
Last April, HB Reavis announced that it had sold the site of the now demolished building on Vinohradská street to PSN for CZK 870 mln (app. EUR 72 mln), which it claimed was a record sum for such transactions in the country. The Slovak developer had been planning to replace it with the Nová Vinohradská 8 office project designed by the Jakub Cígler architectural studio. The same studio is now finalising a study of the site for its new owners.
