The complex will comprise two independent buildings – the first of which is to be an eleven-storey, 15,000 sqm building on the corner of ul. Towarowa and ul. Kolejowa. It should come into use in Q1 2024. In the second stage, which should be completed at the end of 2025, a 95m tower is to be built, adjacent to the Warsaw Hub complex, also previously developed by Ghelamco.
As a market leader and innovator, we always try to come up with surprising new ideas and a fresh look at real estate, setting trends and inspiring the entire sector. Our latest project is no exception. VIBE is a unique project because it will be the first office building in Poland to receive its own sound identification. It is also another chord complementing the business centre of the capital, which we have created as Ghelamco in recent years in the area of the Daszyńskiego roundabout and which we are constantly developing.
Jarosław Zagórski, the commercial and development director of Ghelamco Poland
The name ‘Vibe’ has been chosen for the project because it will feature its own “audiosphere”, in which an audio-visual experience is provided for users and guests. This has been designed by the Super Super Studio in collaboration with composer Wojciech Urbański.
Vibe’s identity is not just a sonic logo for Ghelamco’s latest project. Our ambition was to design an exceptional audio-sphere for the building and a complete range of audio-visual experiences to greet those that come to visit. For this, we used a range of media including 3D graphics, motion design, parametricism and sound design, to create an immersive and flexible platform that will in real time adapt to the speed and rhythm of life within the building. For us, designing this branding and especially working with Wojciech Urbański, the composer of Vibe’s sound design, turned out to be a new and inspiring experience. As a design studio, we are very proud that together with Ghelamco we have been able to create such innovative and bold designs.
Krystian Berlak, the art director at Super Super Studio
Creating the musical identity for a building has been one of the most interesting musical challenges I have faced so far. Architecture has always been a kind of inspiration for me, but I have never been so close to it. Composing music has certain things in common with architecture. It is a search for symmetry, for forms and structures that suit each other. Moreover, in modern architecture it is important to think very carefully about the individual and about how well they feel from within, so music definitely represents a superb complement to such space.
Wojciech Urbański, music composer and sound designer
Vibe is to be Well, BREEAM, SmartScore, WiredScore and Green Standard Building certified, with the goal of obtaining these certificates at the highest possible levels: ‘Platinum’ and ‘Outstanding’.
