In our latest exclusive interview, we spoke with Justyna Glinka, a senior associate at Baker McKenzie Krzyżowski i Wspólnicy, who has been appointed as the new chair of ULI Poland Young Leaders. The Budapest One office complex has received the highest possible rating of Outstanding for its BREEAM In-Use certification. The project, developed by Futureal, has been acclaimed as the second most sustainable commercial building in Hungary for buildings with BREEAM In-Use, after the Etele Plaza shopping centre, another project by the same developer.

According to JLL and RynekPierwotny.pl, the Price Transparency Act has caused considerable confusion in the housing market, but the anticipated reduction in housing prices has not yet been seen.
