Poland Ocean Office Park B completed

Cavatina Holding has obtained an occupancy permit for Ocean Office Park B - the largest building within the multifunctional complex under construction in Kraków's Zabłocie district. The project, located on ul. Klimeckiego, offers over 26,500 sqm of space. The first tenants are already moving into the building.

Denmark Panattoni goes to Denmark

Panattoni is expanding its operations in the Nordic countries. After debuting in the Swedish market in 2021, the company is moving into Denmark, where it has established a new team with Jacob Widahl as Managing Director.

POLAND Cemex cemented into The Park

POLAND Carrefour takes over in Plac Unii

A 3,000 sqm Carrefour supermarket is to open in thee Plac Unii office and retail complex in Warsaw, where it will replace Supersam, which operated in the complex until the end of 2022.

Poland 7R builds in Pomerania

7R has started construction of a new facility in Pomerania. 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I will ultimately offer three halls with a total area of approx. 40,500 sqm. The general contractor for the investment is Pekabex.

Poland From record highs to declines

According to a report “Industrial & Warehouse Market in Poland” prepared by Newmark, 2022 was a record-breaking year for new warehouse and industrial completions, with occupier activity remaining relatively strong amid a gradually shrinking development pipeline.

Poland Outstanding Accolade in Szczecin

Accolade has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the highest level - Outstanding for park Szczecin III on ul. Kniewska. This is the first such highly certified warehouse space in Poland. The company is also opening a regional office in Szczecin.

France 23,000 under one roof

More than 23,000 people are expected to attend Cannes for MIPIM 2023, with delegates from more than 90 nations and 2,400 exhibiting businesses. 76 of the world's top 100 investment management companies have confirmed their attendance. 'Eurobuild CEE' has been an official media patron of this event for several years.

Romania Platinum for Bucharest UCenter

The first phase of the UCenter project has achieved a WELL Core certification at Platinum level with a score of 91, the highest in Romania for this type of rating. The extensive certification process was carried out over a period of four years and was coordinated by the ESG Strategic Advisory department of Colliers Romania.

Poland CPD sells Solar and Koszykowa 69 stake

CPD has completed the sale of two properties in Warsaw for a combined PLN 31 mln – the Solar office building in the city’s Służewiec business district and a tenement building with offices on ul. Koszykowa in the city centre.

Austria Second CTPark in Austria

CTP commences development of its second logistics complex in Austria after CTPark Vienna East covering about 51,000 sqm of GLA has been fully let before completion. Construction work has already begun at the 84,000 sqm CTPark St. Pölten North located around 75 km to the west of the Austrian capital.

Poland More room for Salad in WDC

The Salad Story restaurant chain has become the latest tenant of Warsaw Distribution Center in Warsaw's southwestern Włochy district, where it has leased almost 1,100 sqm of warehouse and office space.

Poland MLP is building in Zgorzelec

MLP Group is launching a new logistics centre in the south-west of the country. The MLP Zgorzelec Park, located near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic, will eventually be able to provide facilities totaling around 50,000 sqm.

Hungary New Budapest headquarters for Hays

Hays Hungary, the recruitment company which is part of the Hays Plc group has chosen Academia office building developed in the centre of Budapest by ConvergenCE. The company will move to the new office in the fall of 2023.

Czech Republic CTP thrives in the Ostrava region

Ostrava region is becoming a significant centre for engineering, IT, and the auto-motive industry. This is confirmed by CTP, which has welcomed several prominent tenants to one of its parks in Ostrava in a short period of time. Companies such as UPS Healthcare, Savera Components CZ, Europapier, and Gebrüder Weiss have moved their activities to CTPark Ostrava Poruba, into which CTP has so far invested approx. CZK 950 mln.
