DS Smith chooses Panattoni
POLAND Corrugated packaging manufacturer DS Smith Polska has leased over 3,500 sqm of space in Panattoni Park Kraków IV in Skawina, 10 km south-west of Kraków.
Teconnex comes to Cluj Napoca
ROMANIA First Property Group has entered into a lease with Teconnex, for around one-third of its warehouse in Tureni, Romania. The rent payable by Teconnex comes to around EUR 135,000 per annum.

RUSSIA The vacancy in Russian regional warehouse markets fell to 6.9 pct in 2017 from 9.0 pct in 2016, according to the ‘Russia Regional Industrial Big Box’ report by CBRE.
