Marvipol and Panattoni ready to sell
POLAND Industrial Center 37, a joint venture company owned by Marvipol and Panattoni has signed a letter of intent to sell the Panattoni Park Warszawa logistics and warehouse complex to an international investment fund.
Segro to extend Nadarzyn centre
POLAND Segro is applying for environmental permits to construct three warehouse buildings with a combined area of 33,000 sqm within Segro Logistics Park Warsaw Nadarzyn.
MLP sees profit

POLAND Danish furniture retailer Jysk has taken up an additional 25,000 sqm of warehouse space in Logistic City – Piotrków Distribution Center in Piotrków Trybunalski having also renewed its existing lease for 40,000 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm of office space.
