POLAND OneDayMore in Panattoni’s first Poznań last-mile centre
Panattoni is to develop City Logistics Poznań I – a last-mile urban warehousing park in north-eastern Poznań. The developer has also revealed the identity of the first tenant: Polish muesli, porridge and similar health food producer OneDayMore.

Poland MLP pleased with results
For the first three quarters of 2020, the company made a consolidated net profit of PLN 149.3 mln, up 53 pct y-o-y. In the third quarter alone, net profit came to PLN 28.2 mln, which compares to PLN 40.6m in the third quarter of 2019.

Together with its strategic partner Panattoni, it plans to further develop the site through the construction of the 45,000 sqm City Logistics Wrocław North.
