With a visit at Plac Zamkowy - Business with Heritage

Currently, the finishing work is being carried out in the building, which is set to be completed in the summer of 2015. The construction work on Senatorska Investment’s Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage office building is nearing completion. The project’s close surroundings: the city’s pavement and street which were renovated by the investor, are now almost ready to use. Also, the new building’s façade is nearly completed. The façade of the Podwale 1 tenement house building, which is part of the project, is still unfinished. The old building was partly deconstructed in the process in order to get internally linked to the new office building. However, the investor is still to connect the two structures. Meanwhile, the work on the U-shaped project’s open courtyard is being carried out. This side of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage will be facing the Branicki Palace. Now the constructors lay paving stone in front of the entrances to the building. All installations inside the building have been completed and they are currently being inspected. Also, the building’s electrical system is set to be connected to its lighting system soon. Marble floors and glass railing are being installed in the stairways.

Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage is a four-storey 5,700 sqm gla office and services building with 1,600 sqm of services and retail space facing the Castle Square (located on both the ground and first floors) and 3,900 sqm of office space split across upper floors. Also, a two-storey underground car park with 27 spaces will be provided. Tenants will also be able to use 30 bicycle parking spaces. The project’s architectural design is the work of Wojciech Grabianowski from the RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowski architectural studio. Its investor is Senatorska Investment and the general contractor is NDI.
