Torus makes a splash in Gdynia

A flying building? Torus, the developer of Gdańsk’s Alchemia office complex, certainly knows how to do it right! The company’s crew, comprised of Maciej Górski (Guru), Alicja Napiórkowska (Alo), Karolina Brożonowicz (Caro) and Monika Brzozowska (Mono), took part in the Red Bull Flugtag Gdynia 2015 challenge yesterday. The Torus daredevils flew a people-powered machine inspired by Alchemia watched by the 100,000 spectators gathered in Gdynia’s Skwer Kościuszki and a group of judges. These included such record-breakers as the ski jumper Adam Małysz and Felix Baumgartner, a base and parachute jumper.
