BikeDay and office market
BikeDay is an event for office building employees who use, want to use or don’t yet know that they want to use a bike to commute to work. The event was initiated by Bike2Box, a company set up by Radek Kozubski. One of the companies participating in the event in their office buildings is Hines.
BikeDay has already been held in five office projects under Hines Polska management: Nestlé House, Ambassador, New City, Distribution Park Żerań and Sky Office Center. These took place on June 9th, 10th, 16th and 17th, respectively.
During such BikeDays, bicycle experts, for example, provide advice to cyclists on to check the technical state of a bike, outline the advantages of changing cars to bikes, revise the first aid knowledge of the participants, and show a different side to the cycle industry, like: FatBikes. “The parking space for office buildings will always be limited. It is just impossible to guarantee a car space for every employee. Which is why more and more people are changing cars and crowded public transport for bikes. It is hard to imagine an office building where there is no space for bikes,” said Radosław Kozubski, the founder and CEO of Bike2Box.
