 After the coffee break Vitaliy Boyko, deputy director from the Ukrainian Trade Guild company, presented an interesting report about financing office and shopping projects in the Ukraine.

Next panel discussion was then convened, devoted to the residential market. Under discussion were the prices of flats in 2005 and 2006 in Kiev and in major Ukrainian cities, and the development forecasts for the residential market, prices and the availability of plots.

Because of the enthusiasm of the audience for the discussed topics, the conference ended at 5.30 pm, but the participants were still exchanging their opinions long after the official closing.
