The shape of things to come

We wish to draw your attention to articles in which we forecast two new trends in housing construction – the growing popularity of estates with single-family homes and the increasing numbers of world-famous architects designing deluxe apartment buildings. Whether these two trends – still in their initial stages – will change the present shape of the market is something that may become clear only by the end of the year.

The Świętokrzyskie region is now competing aggressively with the most economically developed regions of Poland, while Bulgaria might well become another promised land for profit-seeking and, let it be stressed, courageous investors within the next four months.

We are delighted to announce that our editor, Magda Konstantynowicz, gave birth to her first child on August 31st, one week overdue - this being the first time she has failed to respect a deadline. Jaś is a healthy baby boy and was 3.5 kg and 54 cm long at the time of the publication of this magazine. Both mother and son are doing well. On behalf of all the staff at Eurobuild, I would like to express our heartfelt congratulations to Magda, Jaś and the happy father, our photographer Konrad Konstantynowicz.
