Spedpol logistics centre in Pyskowice

Logistics firm Spedpol, a subsidiary of the German company Schenker will develop a logistics centre in Pyskowice in Silesia (south west Poland). Construction is to start in August and last approximately 12 months. The centre will consist of a 7,000 sqm warehouse and an 800 sqm office building. The total cost of the investment is estimated at 23.5 mln zł.

Onninen already in Łódź

Construction of a warehouse for the Finnish company Onninen has been completed. Several hundred people will work for the firm - which sells materials for electric, heating and ventilation systems - in the commune of Nowosolna, near Łódź.

Toyota Logistics chooses Platan Park II

Toyota Logistics Services Poland will lease 7,900 sqm of warehouse and 480 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Platan Park II warehouse project, which is adjacent to the city's Okęcie Airport. Operations are scheduled to begin fully on 1st October and will handle nearly 100,000 lines per month for the parent firm's Toyota and Lexus dealers and servicing network. The transaction was brokered by CB Richard Ellis for Toyota and Jones Lang LaSalle for the Platan Group. Toyota will not be the only new arrival to Platan Park. The Platan Group also announced the signing of contracts with Netia (1,100 sqm), Mettler Toledo (360 sqm) and Jes Energy (241 sqm). JLL was also involved in these deals.
