12 investors from Israel A group of 12 investors from Israel are participating in a transaction under which Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Rida Development are purchasing 28 Metra AG properties (600,000 sqm) for a sum of 700 million euros. The mentioned group includes Israel Phoenix Assurance, Hadar Insurance and Profimex among others. Strabag takes a huge step forward Strabag, the construction giant, claims it has achieved 11.4 million zlotys net profit in 2003, against an income of 924 million zlotys. These amounts stood appropriately at 6.6 million and 574 million zlotys in the preceding year. Strabag's principal source of income last year was the commissioning of a 38- kilometre section of the A2 motorway between Września and Poznań, which earned it 462 million zlotys.
