LPP signs contracts with ECE
Contracts of a value of around 50.2 million zlotys have been signed in the past 12 months between LPP dependent companies (Reserved, Cropp clothing brands) and units dependent on the ECE Projektmanagement International developer (Galeria Łódzka among others).
A recently signed contract is to rent space in the Galeria Łódzka shopping centre for a shop in the Cropp chain. A further two are for space in shopping centres in Prague, the Czech capital.
Half the Legnicka Gallery has been let
The Redis company, the developer of the Legnicka Gallery shopping centre (80,000 sqm) in Wrocław, has announced that 50 percent of the shopping space in the object has been pre-let, the tenants including Tesco, Reserved, Cubus, J.R. Fashion, Key and Douglas. Construction is to commence this July, with opening planned for the autumn of 2005. Financing is ensured by Bank Austria Creditansalt and BPH. LMI, YG Projekt, Geokon
