Kliwer office building enters the market
The Kliwer office building in the Warsaw district of Mokotów will be offering 5,300 sqm office space in the second quarter of 2004. "Przyorle" the developer of the class B+ building is asking 18 dollars/sqm as rent and 3.5 dollars/sqm of service charge. It hopes it will attracts tenants due to 2 percent of common space. Kliwer's strong points are its location at Wilanowska underground station and in a cost-free parking zone, as well as the natural light entering all premises in the building. Knight Frank represents the owner.
Metropolitan awarded prize in Cannes
The Metropolitan office building in Warsaw, developed by Hines Polska, returned in some glory from the Cannes MIPIM 2004 commercial real estate fair. The fair participants recognised that property as the best office building. It stands on Piłsudski Square in Warsaw and offers tenants almost 40,000 sqm office space.
The whole of Topaz already let
GTC has informed that a 10-year lease contract for office space in the yet non-existent Topaz building in Warsaw has been concluded. The tenants will be 5 Allianz Group companies, the contract value being around 23 million euro. Construction of the Topaz (around 19,200 sqm available space) will commence this June. It is situated on a site at 39 Domaniewska Street near the Galeria Mokotów shopping centre. The design is by architects of the JEMS Architekci atelier.
Crown Point managers
Crown Point building's landlord has chosen the property manager. Ghelamco, the developer, has entrusted a group from Cushman & Wakefield H&B with managing the office building. This company is already managing such Warsaw objects as Sienna Centre, Centrum Królewska, Roma Office Centre, Warsaw Towers and Wola Park. Crown Point is situated at the intersection of Prosta and Przyokopowa Streets, and has office space of 10,800 sqm. Commercial Union is the building's major tenant (7,700 sqm).
