Delta Ataner opened and leased

The 11,000-sqm. class A Ataner-Delta office building was opened at the end of February in Poznań. Tenants of the building include PZU Życie, Emax and Metalplast Oborniki. The building is fully leased.

From WCC to Focus

The German law office Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz has moved its 500-sqm offices to the Focus office building and left its previous premises at Warsaw Corporate Center. The agreement was signed with the assistance of DTZ who also found a subtenant for the space vacated at WCC.

Ernst & Young in Rondo 1

Hochtief Project Development, a developer of Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw has signed 10-year lease agreement with Ernst & Young for 11,000 sqm. The company will occupy 7 floors and will move to the building at the beginning of 2006. So far E&Y has been located in two buildings: Warsaw Towers (current lease agreement is valid till 2009) and Warsaw Financial Centre (the lease agreement till 2006). Rondo 1 is the first Hochtief Project Development in Poland. It will consist of the 58,000 sqm glass tower and is scheduled for completion in the end of 2005.
