Maxon leases in Reguły and Michałowice Maxon announces it has signed two contracts for leasing warehouse space. In one of the transactions concluded with the assistance of the said agency, Caparol Polska became the tenant of 1,500 sqm at Reguły Logistic Park in Reguły near Warsaw. The other transaction was connected with leasing a detached warehouse and office facility located in Michałowice, with Max Retail Concept (owner of the Max retail chain) as the tenant. In both these transactions Maxon Nieruchomości represented owners of the facilities. New project near Piotrków In co-operation with Ansbacher & Co, Poland Central plans to build near Piotrków a logistics complex, to be named Poland Central Logistic and Business Park.
