Atlas talk to Americans about cement plant investment The cement producers Atlas are holding discussions with American firms, with a view to securing finance to build a PLN 500 mln cement plant in Poland. Other options open to the company are a stock exchange flotation or a loan. The potential investors are reported to be leading companies on the American cement producers' market. Production capacity in the new factory will be around one million tonnes a year.
