Future of ILC to be clearer in June
Financial and other documentation for The International Logistic Centre project
in S³awkowo, in southern Poland, is due for completion by June this year
according to its developer, the Industry Development Agency. The EIB, EBODR and
World Bank have been approached to finance the project.
Household appliances in Millenium
Elektrolux, a household appliances manufacturer have signed a lease agreement
for 13,000 sqm in Millenium Logistic Park in Pruszków. The owner of the
building is Bel Properties, and DTZ negotiated the contract.
Fiege in Piaseczno
An international logistics company, Fiege, has leased 3,400 sqm in Diamond
Business Park in Piaseczno. CB Richard Ellis, who joined Jones LangLaSalle as
agents for the building, negotiated the deal. AIG/Lincoln is the owner of the
building, and other tenants include Danzas-Cargoline and Energis.
