Stolica in Wola The messenger service company Stolica, has moved to the Citimart office building on ul. Pradzynskiego in Wola and has taken up the building's total 4,000 sqm of space. A lease for at least three years was signed, (a pre-contract was agreed in November last year), and Kancelaria Brochocki represented the office building's owner, the company Citimart. New five-year lease agreement at Platan Park 2 IHTM, a buying office and subsidiary of Conforama Holding, (parent company of Conforama Polska), a large retailer of household furniture and lighting, electronic goods and computers, has signed a five-year lease for 440 sqm. of office space at Platan Park 2 in Warsaw. Colliers International were the leasing agents for IHTM.   New deals at Atrium Plaza ENEL-MED, Poland's first private clinic which was founded in 1993, has signed a new contract with Skanska Property
