Stolica in Wola

The messenger service company Stolica, has moved to the Citimart office building on ul. Pradzynskiego in Wola and has taken up the building's total 4,000 sqm of space.
A lease for at least three years was signed, (a pre-contract was agreed in November last year), and Kancelaria Brochocki represented the office building's owner, the company Citimart.

New five-year lease agreement at Platan Park 2

IHTM, a buying office and subsidiary of Conforama Holding, (parent company of Conforama Polska), a large retailer of household furniture and lighting, electronic goods and computers, has signed a five-year lease for 440 sqm. of office space at Platan Park 2 in Warsaw. Colliers International were the leasing agents for IHTM.

 

New deals at Atrium Plaza

ENEL-MED, Poland's first private clinic which was founded in 1993, has signed a new contract with Skanska Property Poland, to extend its medical centre at Atrium Plaza in Warsaw by a further 480 sqm for a period of ten years; the agreement also covers the area ENEL-MED currently leases.
Excellent Business Centre, a business centre operator, offering fully-equipped, often temporary, office space to small firms, has moved into the 1,372 sqm recently vacated by their competitor Regus in Atrium Plaza in Warsaw. A contract was signed with Atrium Plaza's owners Skanska Property Poland for ten years and EBC will take up the space from December 1st.

One step closer to Nowe Miastoin Kraków

TST Polska 1 and PKS have announced that a contract which will involve exchanging their sites beside Kraków central train station and constructing a new bus station, has been signed.
Under the contract's terms, PKS will transfer a 4612 sqm. site to TST Polska 1, where the bus station is now, and PKS will receive a 5,750 sqm. site, on the east side of the railway in ul. Bosacka, in return, where TST Polska 1 will build the new bus station. Construction will be complete in 2003.
