JYSK takes 11,000 sqm.

The Danish trade company JYSK has signed a lease for 11,000 sqm. in the warehousing-distribution centre, Europa Park, in Mszczonów near Warsaw. The complex belongs to Europa Distribution Center.
At the moment, the tenants of Europa Park include Maersk Logistics and YKK. DTZ Tie Leung and CB Richard Ellis are the complex's agents  in Mszczonów.

JAS FBG at ProLogis Park Poznań

The logistics company JAS FBG has leased 2,500 sqm. of warehouse and office space in the warehouse complex, ProLogis Park Poznań.
 At the moment, the complex, developed by ProLogis, has 20,000 sqm, though there are plans to double this.  King Sturge were the transaction's agents.
