Over the last decade it has established a strong reputation both for its high quality of office space and for its good working environment. Indeed, it now is the second largest office destination in Poland with over 1 mln sqm of modern office space. Avestus Real Estate has been actively developing in the city for the last ten years and has been part of the city’s overall evolution.
