Factory Ursus given first In-Use for an outlet centre

The measures implemented in the centre include lighting and electrical equipment control, LED lights, water-efficient taps, waste segregation and recycling and atmosphere-friendly gases in cooling systems. Constructed in 2002, FACTORY Ursus is one of five of Neinver’s outlet centres in Poland. It comprises 13,450 sqm of retail space with 80 shops, a restaurant and service points. It houses 80 fashion brands such as Liu Jo, Desigual, Tommy Hilfiger, Salamander, Benetton and Mango.
