POLAND Concept Tower in Warsaw has become the first office building in Poland to obtain both LEED and BREEAM ecological certificates.
Located at ul. Grzybowska in close proximity to the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout, the building has recently added to its green collection a LEED ‘Gold’ certificate. The pro-ecological measures applied in Concept Tower include eco-friendly fixtures and sanitary facilities, energy-efficient air-conditioning and ventilation systems, finishing materials with a low level of volatile organic compounds, a glass façade that provides natural daylight and water efficient greenery.
