ROMANIA Bucharest AFI Ploiești shopping centre owned by AFI Europe Romania has received LEED ‘Gold’ certification for existing buildings and is the only building in town with LEED certification.
The centre is the first and only modern shopping centre to be developed in the centre of Ploiești .
