POLAND Building A of the Skysawa office, retail and hotel complex close to the Rondo ONZ roundabout in central Warsaw has been awarded a BREEAM Interim certificate with a rating of ‘Outstanding’.
According to the investor behind the project, Polski Holding Nieruchomości, this is the highest score yet obtained in Poland and the country’s first BREEAM International 2016 New Construction certificate at this level. Buildings assessed for the BREEAM New Construction certificate are evaluated in ten categories, in which the Skysawa building scored the maximum number of points in three of them – for the location and transport links, water management and the managing of the developm
