The investment has just received LEED Core & Shell certification at the Platinum level.
Docks Bruxsel in Brussels has received a CO2 neutrality certificate from CO2logic/South Pole. It is the first large shopping centre in Europe to receive this certification.

CA Immo has concluded 45 lease agreements with a total of nearly 29,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw in the past year, 20 pct of which in Q4 of 2022.
